A young stallion in Courtenay, BC, is recovering and has “barely a scratch” after tumbling nearly 20 metres down a creek slope on April 14, 2017. Owner Gary Hunt noticed the horse missing at evening feeding time, and found him at the bottom of a large creek that runs through his 16-hectare property on Vancouver Island.
