American Horse Publications recently announced their Equine Media Awards finalists and winners for material published in 2016. In first place for the Equine-Related Newsworthy Video was Purina Animal Nutrition with their video titled, Clydesdales Help Purina Deliver Surprise to Horse Shelter in Need.

Videographer  Matt Coddaire and AIM Studios were commended for the nice use of shallow depth to feel shots, and great slider shots. Purina is the title sponsor of A Home for Every Horse, a program that supports shelters like Far View Horse Rescue, (featured in the video) to make sure every horse has a forever home. Far View, located in Colorado, is 100% volunteer run and works to find rescued horses successful partnerships with new owners. Watching the surprise unfold is hugely heartwarming.
